        Delivery was missing an item and had an incorrect item. Upon calling to have this corrected we were met with being told they were busy and it would take an hour to have the order corrected (after already waiting 45 minutes for the original delivery). Unfortunately, this isnt the first time weve had incorrect deliveries. 0/10 recommend, there are so many better pizza joints around and now Pizza Hut isnt even convenient or reliable.

        Delivered wrong pizza and missing item order. Tried for over 20min to get someone on the phone to fix. Said they would refund card and never did. Tried calling back 5days later to ask about refund and was hung up on and then put on hold for another 20min to wait for manager. Never got through and never got refund. Abysmal experience
