Innovative Physical Therapy

I worked with Taylor to treat my chronic tmj issue and I was amazed by his knowledge base and all the techniques he leveraged to relax the muscles around the joint and make my jaw aligned and move much better than before. I not only feel no more pain but also left with better understanding on how this complicated joint moves and things I can do to keep my tmj healthy in the long run. Thank you Taylor! And I feel really lucky to find this place because not many PTs in Jax know how to treats tmj issue.

I learned so much about my body and WHY my back was in so much pain during my sessions. I was sent home with clear instructions for exercises to do on my own. She set clear expectations for how I would feel at each stage of the process. Huge progress was made and I am now back to my regular fitness routine. THANK YOU!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Came here after injuring myself lifting. Was limping for almost 2 to 3 months before I decided to contact Innovative Physical Therapy.
