Very friendly atmosphere from the front desk to all PTs in the back. It was a pleasure to have Lashia Hicks work with me the last 4-5 weeks. I would go back to Brooks again!

Awesome and Amazing staff. I had both knees replaced and my experience at Brooks was unbelievable. Every time I went they Always made me feel good. No matter if I was in pain. I am going independently so I can see the staff. They always welcome me with a smile.

Anyone that has had an injury that required therapy to get back to your normal self, has to agree, that therapy is only as good as the people that are working with you. And thats not just the excellent therapists that they have at Brooks Rehabilitation, you have to include those staff members that greet you when you come through the door, asking about how youre doing, always with a pleasant smile on their face. Shannon Arce-Toledo is one of those special people that is truly glad to see you and wishes you the best results in your therapy. She is sympathetic with you when you accidentally leave your wallet at home and have to make up your payment the next time you come in. Or when you come in and its not your day for therapy. She makes you feel like youre Family and make you as comfortable as possible while you wait for your treatment. Those actions and her understanding makes all the difference in the world. Brooks Rehabilitation on Dunn Avenue Northside have the most amazing group of workers. I became a patient there November 2023 and graduate February 2024. I started with Hannah my first day and she was very detail of what to expect and we did a workout and she was amazing. Then I was introduced to Rob on my next visit and he was detailed and tough, all about getting me to where I needed. So I continued with he i needed this. And this is Why I am here but very friendly and I learned a lot about my knee so he was amazing and educated. So I stayed with Rob a few more times until he was so booked. Next I was introduced to Lashia I would see and chat with her loved listening to her talk about her family. When I arrived for my appointment she came to get me and I was like . Lashia was educated, attentive, funny, had great family stories and we had a few things in common. Such an amazing and extraordinary person. I want to mention Sharon who also works there and takes care of so much stuff around there. She is so sweet and friendly, always willing to help anyone. The front office staff Shannon is so amazing and very patient. There was a gentleman that worked in the front is really good and friendly. So let me give a big SHOUT!!!!
