Walmart Photo Center

Really horrible, the store is new and is nice the huge problem is that when you go to check out there are consistently only two real lanes open, everything else is self check out which nobody will do when they have a full basket of groceries so the two real lanes are always packed with each one having at least 3 customers each of them with full baskets.

Please don't waste your time with this photo place until they clean up their act. We ordered photos online on a Saturday evening and scheduled for a same day pick up, understanding that it was beyond their normal hours and pick up would be Sunday. We scheduled for 11:30AM Sunday knowing we would not get there until later in the afternoon. I showed up around 6PM only to be told that my canvas and hard cover book were not ready YET! They had 6 1/2 hours extra to complete this but I was told that the person who does them already left for the day. I felt terrible for the (high school) kid behind the counter because it wasn't his fault. They called for a manager to assist 3x and I even called the main number for that walmart (while I was standing in the store) and asked to speak to a manager for electronics/photos and received no response. Finally, a very friendly lady came to assist, took me to the front of the store and processed our refund. By the way, these were Christmas presents that could no longer be delivered. Terrible photo section, but very helpful people willing to accommodate as necessary.
