Customer care is becoming below average. I used to love this CVS. Ive been trying to fill my sons insulin. I got a text saying it was out of stock yesterday . I tried calling multiple times to see if there was another CVS that had it - the phone would just ring forever, and then the automatic system would tell me to call back later. I ended up going there in person to ask this at 3 pm. The pharmacy technician said the insulin was coming in and we could pick up at 6 pm. I get there at 6:50 pm. I went through the pick up line TWICE - 15 minutes apart to be told it wasnt ready. For those that dont know, insulin comes with the vials in the box. The box cannot be split up. I waited for over 30 minutes for them to get a box out of the freezer, scan it out, and slap his Rx label on. The the tech literally slammed it down at the front counter in front of me. Uhm, hello? The vials in the box are GLASS. I checked the box before I left, but there was absolutely NO EXCUSE for any of that. My childs life is literally in those vials. I will be transferring his prescriptions elsewhere tomorrow. I will not fill anything here anymore.
