My Great Pyrenees had an amazing experience here today 4/4/2023. After countless attempts at finding a groomer that works well with the breed we finally found the one! They have patience and are meticulous groomers! We will be making this our regular grooming spot for her!

Take my little Shih Tzu, Griffin here, everytime. They always do a GREAT hair cut. My pup always comes out looking and smelling amazing. Pricing is the best too. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommend! I have had great experiences with Leslie and Leah. I have an older dog and they are very caring, compassionate and accommodating. Very glad I found them.

UPDATE: AFTER THREE WEEKS AND MULTIPLE VET VISITS AND MEDICATIONS DOG STILL HAS 2 INCH OPEN WOUND FROM THIS GROOMER. SCARRING ON HIS JAW LINE WHERE HAIR WILL NOT FULLY GROW BACK STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE GETTING ANY TYPE OF CUTTING DONE ON YOUR DOG. DROPPED MY BLACK RUSSIAN TERRIER OFF YESTERDAY. I GAVE TWO SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS. 1. DONT SHAVE HIS FACE. 2. DONT SHAVE HIS BEARD. PICKED HIM UP AND THEY SHAVED THE FRONT OF HIS FACE SO CLOSE IT IS SCABBED. THEY EVEN TOOK A CHUCK OF HIS EYEBROW!!!!! WHO DOES THAT?! DOG WAS UP ALL NIGHT WHINING. HIS ENTIRE BEARD WAS SHAVED TO THE SKIN. THEY DIDNT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. PHYSICALLY HURT MY DOG. HE LOOKS TERRIBLE (how any groomer can think this is ok is beyond me). $203 Later and a big finger right in my face is what I feel like I got.

I recently had my two senior (15&16yr) long haired chihuahuas groomed at Poochie Spa, what a wonderful experience we had. My chis long time groomer decided because of their fragile state they could no longer safely groom my little boy chi because his back legs were so weak, and he could not stand without assistance during the procedure. I was pretty disappointed that they made no attempt to even try to accommodate our newer special needs. I tried contacting several other groomers and a few vets, but they were all firm, if the dog could not stand alone they would not risk it. I ask them, what do you recommend, my pups still need basic grooming that I cannot do? But they had no answers. Wow, I couldnt believe this was turning into an issue, I mean even our aging and crippled pets need grooming, yet none of those professionals in this business were willing to help us out. Fortunately I took to Next Door and asked for help and someone recommended Poochie Spa. I immediately called them and spoke with Leslie. She listened to my situation and said theyd be happy to do my chihuahuas and with my assistance if I wanted. Which I was happy to assist. We arrived with my two little almost blind, deaf and half crippled chihuahuas, and these ladies could not have been more accommodating. Leslie kept asking me throughout the process is this ok, can he handle this etc.? I held Nicky during parts of the process so Leslie could get areas without Nicky having to put any weight on his back legs. I realize this was not a typical grooming session. And I appreciate sooo much the fact that rather than just going by set standards in the grooming business, Poochie Spa showed compassion for my little dogs health and needs, and by getting a little creative and thinking outside the box, they helped us. This is what I call extremely customer service friendly. Thank you again, we will be back!
