        Communication was great with Bug Pro as long as the customer was happy and paying. As soon as my grass started to look bad and I was unhappy then verbal communication was no longer acceptable and then communication had to be put in writing as they continued to come and charge. At one point, I even stopped the technician at the start of treatment and still continued to get billed. Would NEVER recommend Bug Pro for lawn treatment. Many other companies out there with better principles!! So sick of dishonest humans!!

        We've had Bug Pro since 2021, and each time we upgrade or add new services that we didn't know they had as well. We're very grateful and satisfied. It easy to get in touch with them, questions answered and service done. Dave and KC have been our service technicians for spraying, lawn care, mole ant treatment. They're all blessings and great connoisseurs of each of these matters.

        Its not always the service that clients pay for, its the person &/or company providing it and tech, KC Coggins providing amazing service! Prior to contacting Bug Pro I had another Pest company come out & provide me with a quote. I knew that I only required a termite spot treatment, but the tech quoted me on everything but that. The quote was overpriced and the tech was every bit of a salesman & it was clear that the options & quotes did not have the client's needs in mind. Ended up contacting Bug Pro FL & Im glad I did! KC Coggins w/ Bug Pro actually listened, was honest, educated me about the nasty little critters I was dealing, provided great service and affordable quotes. I got the spot treatment along with quotes on continued service which I will be taking up in the coming weeks. Great service sells itself. Thanks KC!!

        Absolutely love David H. Friendly, professional, timely, great communication and such a nice and personable guy. Great company too - I've used them for many years for regular pest control and termite coverage. Very highly recommend Service: Termite inspection
