I hate to have to report this, but WOW the service has gone totally DOWNHILL. I'm trying to cancel the services, but can't even reach 1 single human being. Who is Barbara Haskell? The calls route to her and there is no reply. My home has German roaches, and my tenants are threatening to move out, so now I have to hire another company to properly treat it. Very sad that the owner worked his whole life to build a great company to sell it to Massey and have this happen. Very sad.

Update: After multiple attempts I reached out to Massey. Someone called me back and got me in touch with someone at the location that should be serving my residence. They apparently had issues with their phone service that caused the calls to not go through. Not sure if it was my call to Massey, but if you have issues still, give that a try. I will up my rating for now and will increase as service improves. Do not use this company. They used to be fantastic and went downhill immediately after they got bought out. They billed me and I never received service. I have called numerous times and even called Massey and never received a return call. I cant get a hold of anyone to treat my house, and I paid for the service. Bugs are showing up now and I am furious. They magically responded to someones 5 star review, but no one answers the phone or does their job otherwise. How about taking care of all the customers showing up here more recently with bad reviews and delivering the service that was paid for? At a minimum ANSWER THE PHONE

Ive been a customer of peninsular for over eight years ever since theyve been taken over by Massey I have not had any type of communication. I am still owed a service that I prepaid and apparently when you call them you get put into a voice message system, Barbara Haskell, who has yet to return my call So disappointing

Ever since Massey took over, they dont show up for appointments. They dont call you or communicate with you for any reason. They say they serviced my home this morning and billed me for it, but nobody was here??? Sounds like a scam to me and I will be moving on from this company. I knew when they took over it would never be the same and I was absolutely right. I would never recommend Massey to ANYBODY. They only reply to positive reviews on this page, that says it all right there.
