I've been training with Brandon for a couple of years now and I'm very confident in saying that Brandon is THE BEST trainer I have ever worked with. I'm a handicapped person with needs for modifications in my workouts and I can say Brandon is very patient and skilled at finding or inventing modifications to exercises where necessary. Brandon is also great at keeping you on task and motivating without pushing a person to go beyond their personal capabilities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brandon and Body Works Personal Training.

So happy I have Brandon as my personal trainer! He is so knowledgeable and really makes you feel like family! He has been training me for years, even throughout my pregnancy and helped me reach my goals after. Brandon is exceptional. His friendly demeanor, knowledge, and genuine care for your fitness goals creates a positive and supportive environment for effective training. He has made fitness a priority in my life. In addition, Brandon has worked with my teenage daughters to make fitness a priority in their life. He showed skills to them that are easily adaptable and fun. We feel incredibly lucky to have found him.
