I reached out to The Porter Firm because I was seeking help for a friend in need. When speaking with Alphonso he told me he was very interested in our case and could even get someone to see our friend that day. I followed up, nothing. My wife followed up and he promised to call back in 5 minutes with a paralegal to take notes. We told him if they did not want to take the case just let us know, nothing. Honestly the lack of professionalism up front makes me glad we did not use them.

There was no urgency to return calls about my case . I was also given fake names by this firm runners that pretended to be a attorney. When i canceled their representation and went with a new firm. They continue to call me as if they was trying to bully me. They also put a lien on my case when they had done no work at all. They have yet to provide me with any proof of any leg work . My new attorney completely fulfilled everything within 2 weeks. I dont recommend this firm to anyone they are shake down artist with no integrity completely untrustworthy!!
