Jessica & the law firm were very professional and super helpful. Jessica always kept my wife and I updated on our case and it took less then a year to close the case, will definitely be a returning client if ever needed.

They seem to be a good lawfirm. I just wish things had went differently and that they communicated more. We could've got double if the paralegal or whomever we spoke to in the beginning relayed the full story to Jessica about what was put in the Dr./ER Visit when we went. I called the same day to inform the "paralegal" (I forget her name, but guessing she's not a lawyer) that something was missing or that it was documented wrong. Not to go to far in depth, but I was told no big deal when it probably cost us thousands and we've been through alot. Yes, it was our fault as much as the ER Doctor, but we are not lawyers. They should've advised us to return immediately and make sure it was documented properly. Just frustrating. At the end of the day I think they they came through. I was content with the outcome,but my wife not so much. It could've been better. Also please look into sending your people to different rehab doctors/personal.
