Hello.

My name is JoAnne Spano.  I started Pro Se Legal Document Solutions, LLC to offer low-cost non-attorney estate planning document preparation.  This is a great option for those who cannot afford the services of an attorney but still want someone with experience to help them with preparing their estate plan documents.  I kindly ask that you pass on my contact information if I can be of assistance to any of your patients or their families.   I offer Will packages for $200.00.  They include the Will, Durable Power of Attorney and Florida Designation of Health Care Surrogate including Florida Living Will and HIPAA Waiver.  Each document in the package has an important job to help protect our health and assets during our lifetime and beyond.     Durable Power of Attorney allows the person to name an Attorney in Fact ("Agent") to make financial decisions for them if they are unable to do so for themselves.     Florida Designation of Health Care Surrogate allows the person to name an Agent to make medical decisions for them if they are unable to do so for themselves.     Florida Living Will allows the person to convey their wishes regarding end of life medical decisions to their Agent.   HIPAA Waiver allows the Agent to access the medical records of the person so they can make decisions regarding their health care.     These documents expire upon the person's death.  Then, the Will and/or Trust would take over.     Last Will and Testament allows the person to name beneficiaries to receive their property upon the person's death.  It also names a Personal Representative or Executor to handle the administration of the estate after the person's death.     Living Trust is an option to avoid probate and fees associate with it.  It is also a more private way to handle an estate.  During their lifetime, the person would convey their property into the Trust.  If they are conveying real property, the package does include one preparation of a Deed to Trust to convey the real property into the Trust.    In my experience working as a Paralegal, I have seen too many older people without any documents to protect them or their assets simply because they cannot afford an attorney's services or they are not able to prepare the documents for themselves.  As a non-attorney Legal Document Preparer, I can offer my experience as a low-cost solution to help so everyone can protect their hard-earned assets and precious health.     Please visit my website at www.ProSeDocumentsFL.com for more information.  Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding my services.     Pro Se Legal Document Solutions, LLC Non-Attorney Legal Document Preparation Services An affordable solution with experience you can trust.
