Highly recommend! We had my daughters 11th birthday party here with 21 kids. The communication was perfect and this was the easiest birthday party Ive ever thrown. The process was incredibly easy and stress-free! The studio sent me a link where my daughter was able to select the painting of her choice. There were plenty (maybe 20-24) of options for her to pick from. One she selected the painting, the studio sent me a link with the invitation to send to parents. Parents were able to RSVP which was perfect so I was able to stay organized and know who all was coming. We were able to bring in food and drinks from Publix and brought in plates and napkins. There were 3 staff members at the event that helped the kids with their paintings, to include easy instructions for the kids to follow along. They are also very reasonable priced per kid. If you want a fun and easy birthday party, Id highly recommend.

Love painting with a twist. Zenna is one of the best teachers. She takes time and has patience to help you paint your best picture!

I recently made a reservation for a group of 2 adults and one minor at Painting with a Twist. Their website clearly states that a minor can be accompanied by an adult under the general terms and conditions, so I called customer service to double-check and was assured it would be fine. However, upon arrival, the experience went downhill. Firstly, the lack of a warm greeting or clear identification of the instructor was off-putting. Then, a staff member, without introducing herself, informed me that no kids were allowed that night but would make an exception for my 12-year-old, albeit with a stone-faced expression throughout. Her demeanor, frankly, left much to be desired. The class was advertised as a two-hour session but ended abruptly after an hour and a half. When I sought assistance from the instructor, she flat-out refused to help, after which she assisted another participant right beside me. It was disheartening to see such inconsistency in customer service and teaching quality. We were provided with only one brush a flat brush which is designed to cover larger areas of painting. However, it was challenging painting detailed surfaces such as the edges of mountains, where I was denied the assistance twice and told to figure it out Overall, my experience at Painting with a Twist fell short of expectations, from the lack of a welcoming atmosphere to the unprofessional behavior of the instructor. I hope they can improve their communication and service standards in the future.
