Awful experience from this office today! My mother had a appointment for 8:30am today. When we got there we were informed that they had canceled her appointment. It was not canceled last minute because of an emergency but instead informed us that they had actually canceled it a week prior! They said that they called and left her a voicemail to inform her of the cancellation but they didnt. My mother checks her voicemails daily. She never got a voicemail from them. It make it even worse, 3 days prior to her appointment she got a confirmation text message to confirm her appointment for today! I totally understand that mistakes happen. But to not take ownership for the mistake is not acceptable. She should have received some sort of notice of the cancellation prior to arriving to her appointment and she mostly defiantly should not have received a confirmation text message for her appointment if it had been canceled a week before her appointment. I would definitely look at choosing another practice instead of this one. The communication of the office to patients is horrendous!

This is a great office. I can't say enough about the staff, they are wonderful. I have had horrible experience in the past with ablation procedures and Dr.Pham was absolutely amazing. I strongly reccomend this office.
