        Lack of customer service. Tried to get wheelchair bound person to transfer into a chair with wheels. That is a huge safety concern and I refused. I left because the lady would rather discuss her views on banks and digital banking than help me. She said she would call me in 30 minutes and never called. I will just order my new lenses somewhere else.
