        I've been a tenant here for a few years and love it! The other tenants are all good people and quiet. The balcony is my favorite amenity and a great place for meetings or to just get away from my desk for a minute.

        Recently moved to the area and it is simply STUNNING! Really close to the river and near lots of businesses and restaurants. The building itself is stunning. The building still holds a lot of historic values, but has been updated to a modern feel. I just got a tour of the building today to be a potential tenant for my small business and it's a perfect fit! (And rent is VERY affordable for such an amazing location!) Can't wait to explore the area even more!

        Ive worked in this building for the better part of 6 months now and I really like it. Its a mix of historic charm with beautiful modern finishes. My favorite feature is for sure the outdoor deck, theres nothing like being able to take a lunch or work break out in the sunshine. Its also a great place to watch the parades that come by the building!
