To whom this may sconcern I leaving a review on behalf of my experience a representative aka a supervisor to complain. The e supervisors name is Daphne. I reached out to the Catholic charity service with a referral from JEA to have my electricity restored before the holidays. I was advised bhelpful representative who is Teresa Council of some information that was revealed to me as to why I couldn't get h. I'm aware of the protocol that the organization currently has. With that I asked Teresa counsel if I could appeal my case and have it sent over to a supervisor. Ms. Teresa Council was very helpful and accommodating while compassion for my still current situation. After being referred to the supervisor Ms. Daphne I was advised Before Christmas about 3 days before Christmas or so that my services May not be restored or reconnected until after New Year's. Ms.Daphne mentioned to me that there was a program that I could potentially qualify for if I have a child In the home. I do, However so that there isn't any cases with DCF I have sent my son away with a relative untilelectricity is restored. There are more factors for my situation and what took place as to why I need the help. However, I'm emailing for the rude unprofessionalism and dicrimimitive bullying I received this morning from Ms.Daphne. after our initial call. Ms.Daphne referred me to another representative Ms. jacquel Baron who received all of my qualifying documents to have me eligible for the program. Both my son and I IDs socials Etc. It's after Christmas and New Years and I did not receive a phone call back from Ms jaquel Barron and I know that's due because of the holidays so I was very patient. With that, Ms. jaquel was asking me for an extended lease that I don't have because I'm also in the process of moving. However, because of the holidays and everything that I experience with my health SINCE JANUARY 2023 thus far. My landlord extended my lease until February. My landlord and I did not write up a new lease so my current lease displayed that my lease ended in September. However, Ms Daphne and Ms jaquel are aware of the current situations at hand in regards to my lease. My landlord emailed Ms. Jaquel a letter because he's out of town explaining to her the extension of our lease with dates and signiture. This morning while talking to Ms Daphne. Her level of rude unprofessionalism lacking compassion made me feel bullied and as if me reaching out to catholic charities was a crime because of her rude statement "didnt you beg us to help you" I am very appalled at her choice of words because I really do need help and she lacked sympathy and compassion for her to have a supervisor title at a charity organization. What's ironic is the fact that I was just talking via email with Ms jaquel in regards to me sending over more documents to receive services. However, after speaking with Daphne today everything changed and she rudely and bluntly told me i wasn't recing help from the charity because I didn't qualify after taking my personal goverment documents. All in all with her knowing the situation at hand which is the only reason my child isn't with me right now as I mentioned to her initially. Apart from that, I asked Ms Daphne to speak with her supervisor and she rebuttaled and stated "I am the supervisor" while laughing and discussing my case with her colleagues that I overheard in the background just to hang up in my face after I asked for her supervisors email and phone number. Ms Daphne was very rude and made me feel less than a person I actually felt like a number and that I didn't matter and she shouldBe held accountable for her level of for her level of rudeness. It is 2024 in the new year and she liked giving peace and positivity. In my opinion she should not have the authority and or power to be a supervisor at a charity with the type of attitude she has. In this field you need to possess peace prosperit positivity and professionalism in order to help people in or individuals in need.
