I was transferred from my other mortgage company I was concerned at first because I'm behind. They have a mortgage assistance option which is good they take your late mortgage payments and you pay the balance at the end of your mortgage which is good. To avoid foreclosure. I reapplied for the assistance I messed up on the paper work previously so I had to restart the process over. But I call weekly to get updates they are very nice and professional they made me hopeful. Because no one wants to lose their home. I may have to pay more on the back end but I prefer that than to be homeless. I'm just waiting at this point. It's a stressful wait but I'm hopeful.

I have been transferred to them I was behind they are helping me with a payment program to keep my home. Pamela Ocheo is helping with that. I haven't gotten a bad experience yet so far they seem ok.

This mortgage company does not care about their customers and their customers service representatives are not welling to help what so ever. My mortgage got transferred to them and its been problems ever since for error they made. Their customer service representatives are people who do not care about you and are not willing to help. Worse mortgage company there is, dont use them. First time I am considering putting a complaint with the BBB.

Michael was charismatic, kind, knowledgeable and professional. He truly did provide outstanding service and peace of mind by providing details of my options making me feel like my needs were the priority while also indicating what my actual expectations should be. He also offered a means of direct contact for future discussion making it much more likely to include him if I decide to pursue any of these options later without feeling overwhelmed by the thought of having to start from square one or by the process itself.
