        My husband and I worked with SWBC for our first purchase. Eddie and Team OKeefe was our choice for lender. Eddie and team stayed on top of the loan process and presented different options for us. The communication was superb which is key in the market that we are in today. Eddie came to closing to ensure a smooth closing and provided us with a tabbed binder of everything we would need in the future regarding the transaction including explaining the first payment letter etc so we dont have to look for anything. Thank you guys for your persistence and professionalism!

        Wonderful when we got the loan. However, I have just tried to get help from customer service representative Rashawn and she was rude. I hung up and tried the online chat and spoke to A'Tian. She was just as unhelpful. This is not what I am used to from SWBC. I will try again later and hope for a better result.
