My wife and I just closed on our new construction home in Jacksonville last week and we are super excited to move into the neighborhood! None of this would be happening without our lender, Allie McLaurin Penny, making it happen during crunch time. Long story short, we had to submit two loan applications with the builder when we went under contract late December and it took almost three months to push them through but we did not receive a conditional approval. We were getting apprehensive about our contract and we contacted Allie hoping she would approve us for a loan. Our closing date was delayed only by a week but Allie took over our contract and closed us in 10 days. Let me reiterate! ALLIE AND HER STAFF TOOK OVER OUR FILE AND WORKED DILIGENTLY AT ALL HOURS TO GET US CLOSED BY THE END OF THE MONTH IN 10 DAYS WHICH IS MIRACULOUS IN THE LENDING WORLD. We are so thankful for her services and she literally changed the dynamic of our family. During the process. she was extremely responsive, more importantly compassionate and conceded how important this move was to our family. One time I asked to speak her to manager, with no questions asked her manager called me 30 minutes later. She dealt with me being a little obnoxious and a nuisance at times towards her because I was so nervous on losing the contract. From here on out, Allie will always be my first call for my lending needs and I will highly recommend her to future clients, friends, and family. Thank you again Allie

Excellent service!! Helped us with an out of state move into FL and made us feel very welcome. Quick and efficient work each time action was needed. You also dont expect hospitality coming from a loan service, let alone when done virtually! But her sweet demeanor, charm and general care for our familys needs every step of the way is why we will definitely use Allies help again in the future!

Allie and her team are amazing to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great solutions based on our specific needs, as our home purchase was a little more complicated than most. She was great with simplifying everything we needed and making a frustrating process much easier to deal with! I dont think we would have gotten through our home purchase process, if it wasnt for the great support from Allie and her team! Highly recommend them.

Allie is fantastic, not only is she great at her job, she just goes above and beyond, wether its responding to your texts or emails or calls at all times of the day including weekends or if shes out and about, or if its just going through your options on what best fits you and your situation, Allie has you covered. I spoke with Allie about 1 year before we actually ended up buying a house and she helped me with any questions on how to better prepare myself for buying a home and she didnt see a dollar until over a year later when we finally bought our home. If you need anything at all when it comes to buying a home Allie is your girl, and if she doesnt know something she always knows k how to find out fast and point you in the right direction. You can tell she has years of experience!
