We were out of state buyers in one of the most competitive markets I have experienced. From the moment I contacted Jessica, it was like I was her only client. She is truly dedicated to anyone that she works with. Without a doubt, all of her clients are her #1 priority. Jessica and her team processed my application and got my pre-approval letter to my agent on the same day! Due to the extremely competitive market we were dealing with, we had to put multiple offers on homes before our offer was finally accepted. Jessica and her team never skipped a beat! Interest rates were also climbing during this time, which of course concerned us. Jessica explained every option and answered every question to ensure we made the right decision on our loan.
