    This location customer service has totally diminished. This bank is great for personal transactions but terrible for any type of business transactions when dealing with large transactions. Manager is always "busy" and not willing to speak with clients.

    Possibly the worst customer service I've experienced at a bank. Their app had no way to transfer funds from my other account, so I paid my mortgage from my WF account. While the payment was scheduled, the DDA I opened concurrent with my mortgage attempted a second payment! Then, despite the external payment going through, the bank charged me an insufficient funds fee. No call to inform me of the issue, just generic emails indeterminable from spam. Once I noticed the account was negative due to the fee, it was too late and the account was charged off. So I went into the branch to discuss where I met a banker named Phil. What did he tell me? It wasn't a system issue and he couldn't help. When I mentioned that even if it wasn't a system issue, there should be a common sense approach to such a reasonable issue. Did he become my advocate and look to escalate internally to help with my problem? No, but even worse, he actually told me I was "taking no responsibility for the issue" despite literally taking time out of my day to handle the issue. The icing on the cake was when he told me the issue never would have happened had I been banking with BBVA instead. Wow. Look elsewhere. I'm hoping the customer service is better over the phone but definitely look somewhere other than this branch for your banking needs if you value customer service.

    Probably the WORST bank I have ever experience. Your contact changes no one let you know. I contracted a credit card and never could pay for it. It was never linked to my account. My credit score dropped. No one is answering to my emails...

    The folks at this branch are extremely nice hence why they are getting 3 stars but the bank overall has some of the highest fees and pays well below what other institutions are paying for deposit accounts. Since banking is now not local my PenFed savings account pays 2.3% APY on my savings account no minimum deposit and no minimum term. I can access the funds without penalty whenever I want. Additionally I applied for a home equity loan and even though my fico score is above 740 with no delinquencies based on their internal scoring I was denied. 3 days later I had my home equity with Penfed at .25% below prime for the term of the loan. The charged me a $30 wire fee, which a few months ago was only $15 and I would have expected not to pay anything with the money I had on deposit. Well in my first month with PenFed I will earn more then the $30 fee. Customers need to shop around and find the best services and prices available. PenFed is one the most customer friendly banks around.
