        I had a screen protector glass put on 2 weeks ago and it fell off and they don't want to replace it they want to charge me again for a new one what a rip off Would not recommend this place to anybody There's 2 booths inside of a mall and those 2 guys Are Rude and don't want to work with anybody

        I repaired two items with this company. The first screen was lopsided and hypersensitive. Additionally, they damaged the charging port on the unit. When we tried to return it to be corrected, they tried to charge more money. As for the second item, they quoted one price and then overcharged for the repair after I told them I only wanted to spend a certain amount. They assured it would be one price, but switched at the end.

      Hi!Unfortunately you didn’t add a protection plan for your screen protector. A protection plan can save you money any time you had a damaged screen. Our warranty works for life time. Unfortunately you didn’t have one that’s why our workers can’t replace it for you due to policy.If you decided to get one next time please ask for warranty to avoid any misunderstanding.
