        The narrowest staircase known to man is the only way to get up outside of a locked elevator access. And if you call to ask for elevator assistance, they will leave you out there for 10 minutes. Some customer service! Im going to be looking into disability law and see if this cant be reported, as clearly they will not make their restaurant more accessible unless forced to do so.

        Been going here for years. Love the place. But tonight they really hit a major low, which I certainly gave them the opportunity to remedy. So I ordered to-go, asked for extra sauce on the side to go with my pad Thai and I get home and they left the extra sauce out (that well I can understand happens ) however they also chose to not even put any sauce on the pad Thai. As much as this sucks, I also understand this happens. So I called to get them to fix this by refunding the meal and they refused.
