I'm here to recommend Sarah Hoisington for your real estate needs. We retired and moved to Jax from South Florida. We didn't really know the area well just that we wanted to be near the grands who live in Oakleaf. We were referred to Sarah by another one of her very satisfied customers. She was very patient with us as we navigated this new area. We didn't want to pay CDDs, no wells, septic nor above ground power lines. Oh yeah, and we wanted a lake in our back yard. In a very hot market within our budget. Well, she delivered! Found our perfect home on a preserve with a pond and a 10 minute commute to the kids. Under our cap budget! We could not be happier. She held our hands throughout the entire process. Helped us do all of our due diligence, checking for liens and such. Hooked us up with great inspectors, electrician and window people. This was very helpful as we didn't have any contacts in those fields. Always addressed our concerns. Always answered our calls and texts in a very timely way.
