Scramblers

Food rating at 3.5 based on my group. French toast subpar, lacked flavor even with strawberries and whipped topping. Pancakes were flavorful. May I suggest the mini pancakes. Hash brown potatoes undercooked. Shrimp and grits lackluster. Service was great, nice friendly family atmosphere. Would not visit again.

A Sunday breakfast at this restaurant was by far one of the worst experiences my family and I have had in a long time. I can understand the wait because of being busy. When the food came out it was cold as I decided to call the manager over to let her know. The coffee and hot chocolate was horrible, it taste like water with no flavor. Just an FYI.. dont waste your time and money not worth it.

My first visit and a pleasant surprise. This place is busy at noon on a Saturday, but I was still seated in 5 minutes. The decor is pretty basic, but the place is spotless and has the busy energy of a high traffic breakfast place where diners are enjoying themselves. The staff was friendly and very sweet, as well as helpful when asked about menu items. I settled on the Mini Classic with a side of grits as I was really in the mood for breakfast. The grits were the creamiest I've ever had. So good. My eggs were cooked just as I ordered, and the rye toast....amazing! Very fresh and delicious. Bacon was nice and crispy. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take the picture until I'd eaten half of it. Oops! Even my iced tea was good and strong. I don't have a single complaint. I'll definitely be back and will consider this a regular brunch spot.
