Ashley Rutherford and The Rocco Group is definitely a great team when it comes to your real estate buying and selling needs. Ashley helped us find our second investment property. She helped us source the best option for lending which can be challenging with investment property. Once we were under contract, Jenny from the Rocco Group stepped in to keep us on task through emails, text messages and phone updates as we moved through the process. Ashley and Jennys communication skills are excellent and they did not miss a step. These ladies were very invested in our journey every step of the way and it is very apparent that they had our best interests at heart. Highly recommend Ashley Rutherford and the Rocco Group!
