I so wish I could have had the great experience that some of the other customers had, but I did not. Had a $2,000 total service bill for four tires, brake pads and to repair a sunroof drain. Sunroof drain ($650 for drain repair) was the problem. Complaint - We reported that we think Sunroof drain has some issue and is causing a lot of water to leak into the front floor board. Picked up vehicle, paid $650 for the sun roof drain repair was told the tubing was blown out with air and a part was replaced and leak was corrected. First rain came and front floor boards were flooded so vehicle was returned. Service department indicated another $650 estimate to correct the (same) issue. After questioning why the additional cost, they indicated they did not check the lower end of the plastic tubing (above the floor board) during the first repair and a lot of time was required to check and make the repair. Not only the additional cost but the time without a vehicle and the aggravation was not even close to a professional experience. No rain yet but hoping the second time will be the charm. Keep your fingers crossed or you may hear more.
