Get Cloud Services is a nightmare! They had a critical error with their servers last Sunday and shut my business down because they have all of my data. It has been 1 full week and they still have not provided me with a copy of my data so that I can work again. When I call Get Cloud Services, I am diverted to Data Resolutions in CA. I am told that they don't know what is going on and that Get Cloud Services is not communicating with them. This is beyond negligent and I would go as far as to say this is criminal. They are holding me, as well as many other clients, hostage.

Absolute terrible. Agree with the previous comments. very bad and delayed support in urgent cases. Quite often issues. We will change providers very soon.

As an IT support company owner, i can classify this company as a lame and incompetent service provider [in capital letters and bold]. Any request to support take forever, without mentioning the "attitude tone" their personnel use on any communication method. I'm giving them 1 start because is the least i can provider. I wish google would have "-5 start rating" so i can accurately rate them.

I am in total agreement with the previous review. The technical support is lacking in "support".. Email server has been down all day. Not even the courtesy to their clients to post on their website they are experiencing server issues - nothing - but letting customer call - WAIT ON HOLD - tell the writer of the tickets what your problem - be put on hold again - then get a ticket number. You will never, ever, get resolution on your first call because they are just info takers. The support system is a joke - but a strong testament from their management as to the commitment to their customers.

If you're considering them, RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY!!!!! They do NOT care about their customers. Shared hosting server infected with malware, knocked out over a dozen customers for over FOURTEEN DAYS, and it was a week before they admitted to ANY details other than "we know there's a problem and have no further information at this time". They explained to us that "the free backup service we provide isn’t actually a real backup". (I couldn’t make this up). Lied about ability to recover files, contradicted each other. It took over a week and a half of literal BEGGING to get someone to return a phone call. Eventually came to find out they actually COULD provide us with our 2 years of data but REFUSED because they were afraid of liability, (even after we agreed to sign a waiver). The biggest joke was their so-called CTO asking for us to "show the same level of respect when dealing with his staff", (all because we marveled why they didn’t escalate our case after a week and a half). The "same level of respect" would have been for us to lie to them, ignore them, not communicate for 2 weeks and wonder why they were frustrated. Incompetent, unreliable, untrustworthy, unprofessional, and judging from some of their written responses, borderline illiterate.
