One of those neighborhood Chinese place with surprisingly good food & service. Accidentally discovered the place and I was willing to drive the distance to get my garlic shrimp from them as long as i was in the area. Steaming hot and fresh (i wish i were nearby right now). Family run and very friendly.

I would be very, very careful paying online at this restaurant. We did so on Friday, with a brand new credit card that had only been used once, about 30 minutes before we placed our order, to buy airline tickets. A day later, my credit card company starts messaging me about fraudulent charges. Two charges were with local Jacksonville area businesses and the only people who had access to our card was New Dragon and I confirmed with them that they are the ones who get the payment information from the website and process the payments themselves. I called to try to make them aware and I was immediately rebuffed and rudely spoken to. The credit card company has been notified but, considering that the food itself it beyond lackluster, I'd recommend picking another place and saving yourself the potential hassle we're going through.
