        They lie about the services they actually do & over charge. We have had the same problem for the past 3 visits/service appointments and been charged close to $4,200 & not much has changed on the vehicle. Nor has the original issue been fixed. We are taking it to another Ford motor dealership-mechanic to have it looked at & to see what was actually fixed or what still needs additional work or service Terrible . They always say they are short staffed or under staffed & it is very hard to get through to the service department on a regular
