Moe's Southwest Grill

Been going here since they opened. Gone way downhill. Less ingredients, broken soda machines etc. Even at non busy times service was slow and bathroom dirty.

I would like to start by saying I love Moes, I was at this location a few months ago and it was great staff was amazing food and service were exceptional, but today I was appalled, girls in front were super rude and shady, service left a lot to be desired, girls acted like they hated their job, portions were small, and menu was almost depleted from what it use to be. Unfortunately my family will not be patronizing this location on S.R. 13 any longer. 11/12/2022 11:30 a.m.

If I could give it zero stars I would they open at 10 it's 10:30 when I got there doors locked and lights on people in there making food terrible service you should be open at the designated time not 30 min after would not reccommend

This is a review for the Moes on San Jose Blvd.  The inside is nasty, all the tables in the establishment had food on them. There was two people working on the inside and one of them was complaining to the other how she's already worked her shift and she wants to go home. There were two guys eating and the two of us ordering, I don't think they were swamped and didn't have time to clean. There was two more women out side wearing Moes shirts smoking, I don't know if they were on duty or just coming in but some one needs to clean the dining room please.Now for the food, my burrito was the smallest home wrecker that I've ever seen. Is this the new Moe's standard? When wrapped it was about 5inches tall and 3 inches thick, I've had Taco Bell burritos bigger than this at half the price. I was going to tell them to keep it but my wife asked me to take it and not make a scene. Like a good husband I listened.   For the same price that we paid here for dirty tables and substandard food you can drive about 5 miles south on San Jose Blvd to Don Juan's Mexican Restaurant and get authentic Mexican food in a clean environment and it taste great. Moe's my wife and I will not be coming back.
