        Upon arriving, I checked in as an appointment for routine lab work. I was told there was only one person ahead of me. I sat in the waiting area and noticed that the monitor displayed shortened names on patients in the order they would be seen along with whether they are walk-ins or appointments. There were two patients (my self included) that had appointments, and approximately fifteen who didnt. After a half hour of waiting, I asked the receptionist what was taking so long. He looked confused and ask if I had doctors orders. Mind you, I confirmed this with the same person upon arrival and these were already in the system. Another half hour went by and finally seen after an hour wait. Why bother with making an appointment???? Labcorp, please get it together and do better!
