Ace Biomedical Labs provided excellent patient customer service during my recent visit. I was helped by Dave and Christy, both of whom were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of getting my covid test for travel. They answered all my questions, explained things to me in detail, and took their time to ensure that I understood what was happening every step of the way. Dave and Christy have a friendly attitude and an aptitude for understanding complex medical issues with traveling. I would highly recommend Ace Biomedical Labs for anyone looking for quality care from knowledgeable and compassionate professionals. Dave and Christy are a shining example of what you can expect when you visit this lab!

I never ordered anything received a package in the mail called the company lady could not help me said they Bill Medicare and I never ever talk to this company before very suspicious dont know how they got my name I called file complaint with Medicare, FTC, and for protection

I used this place for a trip, and had to get a covid test. She was probably one of the most gentle people I have ever had to use. I will say I got my test when it opened at 9:00 am, and she said you should hear from them, in email for the results by 4:30, and they close at 5. I started getting a little nervous, when it was later then what she said. It was still before 5. I had a flight leaving out at 5 am, so if there was any issues, I wouldn't have been able to get it fixed and would have been out that money. But all was good, and she was professional and very gentle. With a negative test to fly!

We used this company before and we are using them tomorrow. They are the best. Don't let anyone fool.They keep their promises. Yes I will always use their services.Also all my friends and family have conducted business with and I have not heard any complaint.

Was told my coronavirus test would be back in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 70hr. Upon calling them I was told by one young lady she would check to see if it was in process and call me back , on way ircthe other.That was 5/12 hours ago, and I never received a call. My friend call about his and they hung up on him. I call again and was put on hold. The woman never came back on line, my call was transfer to another department, for critical care patients. It is all about filling with my insurance company and the money. Very unprofessional team. I could have gone to CVS pharmacy and got my results faster. 1/22/2021 Up date. Today my friend call about his results. Without confirmation as to who was calling other than his name, he was told the results were positive. He ask about mine giving my name and he was told I was positive as well. HIPPA law was broken when my test results were given to him. Contacting my county health department. Reporting this violation
