Patient Service Center

Upon arrival, This location was not open as stated on site for 1:00pm. Instead, there's a sign that stated it will open for 1:30pm. For those that don't have access to a car and having to wait outside with door locked with no seating due to hours of operation being different compared to what's posted currently on door, that's a big inconvenience and misinforming the general public. Could be an issue for those that have disabilities with no car as well that have no choice but to stand and wait (or sit on the ground) outside..

Fabulous staff. Quick, kind, and courteous! No appt necessary and you pay 1/3 of what the other labs charge.

I used to love this place, but they have new techs now & its not what it used to be!! I had an 8 AM appointment, showed up before 8 and there were 4 ladies in the waiting room already with a gentleman already having his blood drawn in the back. I sign in & Im 2nd on the list so I figure theyre all family maybe? NOPE next thing I know the 4 ladies realize they need to sign in and the tech comes out and one by one checks them in then takes them back. Takes about 15-20 minutes each. Im now late to work. Finally Im called up & I noticed on the sign in sheet it asked if you had an appointment- all the ladies said no. Shouldnt appointments go before walkins?!? I was late to work when I properly scheduled my morning! Oh, and the phlebotomist probed & prodded me, and double tied the ribbon on my arm, waaay too tight, I have a red mark thats now a bruise. Ill be asking my doctor to send me somewhere else.

Efficient and prompt service. Staff is experienced and helpful. We showed up as soon as they opened on a Friday and were out in 20 min flat. More than fair pricing.

Lovely place and right on time. Maurine was great both times and she made sure I was okay and comfortable as I had to stay there for my 3hr test. She was helpful and so polite with everyone. In those 3 hours I saw her attending about 10 other patients. Clean place overall.
