They will call your home telephone while you are at work and leave a threating message about charging you $50 for a missed appointment that had been rescheduled. They didn't remove the appointment from their calendar. They send a text and will call my cell telephone otherwise. I received a text about the new scheduled appointment. I never received any text about the appointment they are accusing me of missing. In addition, you always have a wait even when you show up 10 - 15 minutes before your appointment. I have had to wait 30-45 minutes past my appointment because they are behind schedule.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to All the staff at Fam Well MD . I have had many treatments , bought products and even some new eyebrows ;) thank you awesome Lucia ! The person who really stands out to me is Kat at the front desk , every time I come in announced or unannounced she makes me feel so special, like family. I just wanted to give kudos to the office but especially Kat ... keep doing what you do
