Terribly rude office staff expesially Mr Marva doc was nice and listened but God forbid them get you your records in a timely manner had to get my lawyer involved be careful

The doctor who supposedly is the "medical director," Dr. Imtiaz Rasul, is extremely unpleasant and rude. He has no bedside manner. He interrupts you as you speak, and he does not seem to understand plain English. I explained to him over and over again what I was there for, and continued to respond in such a way that demonstrated that he was either not listening or not understanding what I was telling him. When I told him "I think we are having a miscommunication issue here, I am not asking for you to prescribe me anything." He became agitated. I have never spoken to such an incompetent and rude doctor. The staff is also incompetent and rude. They fired the only competent and respectable people that worked there. This is not a legitimate healthcare facility. It was not at all what I thought it would be. It is only used to drug test people sent there by the State, and charge them for services that do not come close to being considered "care." They do not return phone calls, and they will not release records to you. They seem to be in the business of mistreating their clients and wasting their time. It is a facility only used to drug test people who are on a program. If you are not in that kind of situation, don't waste your time trying to seek any care here. This place is a complete joke. If you have the freedom to go elsewhere, then you should exercise that freedom.
