Horrible customer service. Bed was delivered with a pinched cord. They sent the wrong cord twice so the bed still does not work. They wouldn't overnight the cord even though it is their fault. When I told them I want to return the bed since it doesn't work they said I had to box it up. Horrible customer service!

The seller is just not responding to several messages. I ordered and was told a shipping date. I took PTO from work because they needed someone there for delivery (just drop off not in home setup). I was notified by Walmart that they were not able to deliver it on time but was not clear when it would be delivered. I called the company and there was no answer. I emailed and no answer. Walmart emailed no answer. The product is good, the delivery, when it did arrive, was good. The company did not have any respect of my time to respond. I took time off of work and was just wanting to know what day it would come. Update: After over a year the owner got back to me......

First, THANK YOU, JAY!!! Second, if you are considering an adjustable bed - Sleep Geekz the place to go! Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to answer all of my questions. I have back issues and struggle to find comfort - they knew the perfect mattress and while I didn't fully believe them, I decided to try based 120-night sleep guarantee. They were right! The mattress is perfect - a great night sleep and a pain-free morning is priceless. The adjustable frame is remarkable. Not just for the custom adjustments but the actual construction; it's like the Rolls Royce of bedroom furniture. My wife and I especially like that it is very smooth in making adjustments and is exceptionally quiet unlike other brands. Shipping was completed unbelievably quick. We were told to expect 2-weeks and it was a day early. The young men who delivered and set up the frame/bed arrived within two minutes of the scheduled time. They were extremely careful in our home and provided excellent 'white glove' service - they went above and beyond expectations but, then again, everyone else did too. I have zero regrets and have recommended Sleep Geekz to my family and friends, now I offer my recommendations to the internet surfers - when you get tired of looking and just want to sleep, call them - they can help. Bed never delivered, wasted 3 weeks, staff do not care. It was an unprofessional company that let me down and showed no comparison. My father had a brain aneurysm; he has Dyspagia and has to sleep upright at all times. After 8 weeks in hospital, we were very excited for him to come home and use the bed. When I ordered the bed, I spoke to them on the phone and explained the situation. I was assured it would be delivered in time. I kept tracking the delivery and it said delivered I immediately called explain that this is not the case. The representative was rude and said it was and nothing further can be done. I had to call back and ask to speak to a Manager who then said oh, the bed was never delivered, (30 mins phone before assured it was), that it was my fault it was not delivered and it was returned to them. I had no calls or emails from anyone, and that was simply not true. The manager could not provide any calls or emails to me from them or the shipping company. I'm chasing the refund, and stress and hassle are not needed. I also had to rent a cheap hospital bed so my father could go home and wait 3 weeks for another bed.

First off - the ordering process and responsiveness for the order went perfect, shipping was fast, and the company has responded to emails. Ordered (2) adjustable bases - very very heavy - boxes had some exterior damage and items had a smell as plastic does not fully cover the items. There were clearly some indents and scratches on the bases. The company gave a lesser credit back than requested for these issues. Upon getting my new mattresses from another company (split king) at a later date - these bases when raised up with the head and/or foot have too much motion due to the thin base and arm mechanism - not 100% stable / despite numerous complaints - only option was to return them and lose like 1/3 of the cost - not a great option or feasible with the weight of the items. Disappointed that I could not come to a settlement with the company - based on the condition and issues - they should of credited back a 1/3 - not propose me having no items to sleep on and losing a 1/3 with all the work on me!
