        Ive been a customer of mariner finance for years I called yesterday to take advantage of my offer Mariner had sent me and Jennifer was extremely rude she ask me who I worked for and my work address which my work is based out of Utah because I work remote from Jacksonville she said do they not have a area in Jax I said my home office is in Utah that is who pays me I work remote she acted like I was lying and like she never heard of anyone working remote ! I told her never mind I did not like her attitude! I owe u guys 3000 left on my loan I can pay that off in about 2 months and I plan on it I will never do business with u guys again ! Jennifer needs to understand people work remote ! We work for companies that are in other states ! Its ridiculous imagine 2024 and someone acts like u lying about working remote I have my W2 that shows I grossed 65k with my remote job so I dont need u guys ! Jennifer needs to learn customer service!! And for the record anyone else Ive ever encountered was nice and helpful my first bad experience with Mariner was with Jennifer in five years of me being a customer paying off many loans under Mariner finance never again tho one person can ruin it all
