        Jay did the work I paid for. But afterwards I discovered he had connected the $6000 sprinkler system to my regular meter instead of my irrigation meter. He's now ghosted me and won't fix the problem! Very disappointing! Services: Irrigation system repair & maintenance, Sod installation

        Jungle Life Landscaping did a fantastic job for me. My front and back yard was extremely overrun with weeds and vines. And I mean extremely! Jay and his crew dove in head first and did an amazing job getting all the beds, overgrown sections, sago palms and everything all cleaned up. He had everything loaded up and hauled away shortly after they completed the work as well. Including making sure all the leaves and debris were cleaned up after all of it was hauled away. This was Phase One getting everything cleaned up and I will definitely be hiring Jungle Life again for Phase Two which will be adding new plants and mulch or rocks to the the beds. I cant recommend Jay and his crew enough. His communication was great, pricing was very reasonable and he is passionate about the work he does. And for me, that means a lot. If you want a company that goes above and beyond then look no further. Thanks so much! Services: Landscape design, Lawn mowing & maintenance, Weed control, Yard work

        Refuses to finish a job a until he gets a review. Wants a five star review. While the work was great. Trying to get a mistake corrected has turned into a nightmare.**Original review 2 weeks ago** as of 7/5 you still have not contacted the customer (my mother), nor have you been by. You still have NOT COMPLETED the job. The sprinkler system is still not connected to the correct meter. She states she showed the correct meter. The two meters are next to each out. How was it marked so you knew when you came back to install? The way it was discovered it wasn't connected properly is when she got her bill. The neighbor's is not next to her meters.

      So sorry that you feel that way! But we don’t owe you anything at all. First off we did exactly what you asked. We walked the property with you not once but twice. You stated that the irrigation meter belongs to your nieghbor. We went by all procedures and did great work. We ask you did you have a meter and you said no. So 3 weeks later after work was completed you get a bill that your water has went up. That’s not our problem. And that’s what people don’t get sometimes. But we were gone come out and fix no charge. And Then you send you daughter Jennifer…I guess to get some straightening demanding us to jump. You don’t run my company sweetheart. I do. So she goes and rate my company 1 -star trying to make us look bad. So why would I send any my guys to do work and your bashing my company for something that’s not our fault. Now you are on here coming at my company again. And thats fine. You can’t please everybody. This is life and some people just don’t get it. All my customers know what type of work we do and we certainly do great work for our community. We don’t want nothing to do with you guys at all. Thank You!

      Wow! Thank You kindly for your feedback! First of all I am going to start off by saying Jungle Life Landscape is all for our customers. We go above and beyond for anybody we do business with. And of course we would love a Good review but if a customer refuses to rate. There’s nothing we can do which is alright. The problem that we have is that my irrigation guy walks the property with all customers getting all the information we need. My irrigation guy asked your mom more than once if she had an irrigation meter and she stated no and pointed at the main Jea box that goes to the house. He then asked her is she sure and she said yes and that the other box was her nieghbor’s is what exactly came out her mouth. We got the job like any other job. Hooked everything up and showed her exactly how everything was. She was very happy and excited from the work. So three weeks pass by and your mom Roxanne reaches out and says that her water bill went up. I’m guessing the Jea guy came out and informed her on what was going on. So she reaches out to us to fix the problem. Which is fine. When we’re not responsible for her mistake. We asked where everything was at. We know some customers don’t have irrigation meters so that’s why we ask from the beginning and walk the property so we don’t go through any mistakes. We add them but that’s a extra charge to put in. You wanted to argue with me about our work blaming us. We don’t argue we just keep moving. Simple. We know we do great work and all for our customers. They know that and anybody we have done work for. So you come and rate 1 star cause your mad. Which is fine. This is what people do when their mad. It’s life. We will continue to do plenty of work for our communities and bring happiness to our customers! Thank You for doing business with the #1 company Jungle Life Landscape!!! Sorry you feel we refuse to do a job cause of a review. When that’s not the case.
