My new cabinets were installed in March/April 2022 from Profilic Cabinetry and already Im having major issues including cabinets falling apart. Upon calling, I was informed that Cowford Cabinetry purchased Profilic so vented under the assumption that they are to remediate these new cabinet issues. The owner of Cowford Cabinetry took the time to respond to me personally and explained their purchase was of assets only. (For all who are confused as I was about the sale/purchase. Therefore Cowford Cabinetry didnt just inherit the problems of your prior purchase)
However after discussing my extremely stressful experience from purchase to present, and with the obviously substandard work I received, Cowford Cabinetry decided to fix the most immediate problem with my cabinets at no cost. And they did.
The fact that they would assist with issues they didnt create, is a testament to the how theyve chosen to do business. My sincere appreciation to Cowford Cabinetry. I wish you much success!
