Worked with Kindred and Jay to have a custom engraved ring made to honor the passing of my dog, Callie. Thank you again for creating something so special for me, every time I look at it I smile. I absolutely love the finished product and will cherish it forever.

I was walking by this store one day and found a Lubeck gift bag with some newly purchased jewelry and a receipt just outside on their bench. someone had just made a significant purchase in their store, must have sat outside and then absentmindedly left the package behind. I brought the package inside and let the owner know I had found it. They were grateful and the jewelry found its way back to their customer. Seeing that they had some previously owned watches for sale, I decided to ask them to help me procure and replace a new gold band for my fathers Omega. They said it would cost about $6,000 and asked if I was willing to invest that amount and I said sure. Mind you I was not expecting or inquiring about a reward of any kind for finding the jewelry. After briefly explaining what I was looking for, we made an appointment for a couple weeks out to go over options. When I arrived for my appointment, the owner made me wait 20 minutes while he pulled out old jewelry and watch band cataloguessome of the companies didnt even exist anymore. I called a few more times to see if they were able to find some new selections. It has been almost a year now and I havent received any follow up. I guess they dont want or need my business. No good deed goes unpunished!
