Finally a company that lives up to it's promises. A neighbor had IQ Fiber installed and ultimately, I did too. So very glad I did. Of course the internet speeds are exactly as advertised - but then, that's the easy part. The part that makes IQ Fiber so much better than, well, ANY other provider, is their work and operating ethics are superior to the others. They promise great customer service - and WOW do they deliver on that! These are real people that treat people like they want to be treated. I encountered four people from IQ during the install process, Shaun, Ryan, Keith, and James W. (the installer). Talking with each one was like talking to a good old friend from high school. Just great people to deal with. If you have questions, they have HONEST answers. Got concerns? They'll address them. Problems? They have solutions. Best of all, you don't have to beg, plead, or drive yourself nuts trying to communicate with them. They answer the phone, they answer their social media messages, and they answer their texts. One person in particular I'd like to point out was James W. the installer. He was professional from the first hello to the final "let us know if you have any questions." James took the time to do the install the right way - and when an issue arose (my fault), he immediately took care of it without missing a beat. It's been years since I've seen somebody work as hard as he did. He earned every dollar of his pay - and double that in respect from me. I'm very happy to have IQ Fiber in my home and after meeting their staff, they're welcome here too.

Ryan Brickler did a great job installing IQ Fiber at my old house. Was professional and efficient while also patiently trouble shooting issues encountered. So far, so good. Fiber is a very small wire compared to coaxial used by XFinity and delivers more bandwidth at lower prices.
