Will talk down to people in front of customers, not very professional

I have been a long time customer of design elements. I have always been treated professionally and love their decor. The staff are friendly and always willing to help me pick the right items for my space. They listen to my needs and take my budget into consideration when making recommendations. Best part is the white glove delivery and set-up. Very professional and they take every opportunity to make you feel welcome and appreciated for bringing your business to their store. Will definitely continue to shop at Design Elements. My wife and I were having lunch at Bonefish, after picking up some repairs in Jacksonville, yesterday. We parked in front of this storefront and were drawn in by the fall decor, and winter decor being unboxed. We only had a few moments before closing, but we'll definitely return every trip to Jacksonville. As we were leaving I told my wife, in front of a store associate, this is what the "Mart", in Alanta, looks like every year the first weekend in November, usually. The Mart is quality decor, furnishings, furniture only open to business decorators from all over the southeast. I have had the opportunity to attend with some decorator friends. The store associate told us they have gone on a number of occasions, and I could tell by the quality of their displays. We were dressed in our casual clothes for the 2.5 hour drive, from Georgia, to Jacksonville. We were treated like welcomed shoppers by the staff. This is a must stop location for everyone who takes pride in their home, no matter what the socioeconomic bracket they feel placed in by others. We wish we had an unlimited budget in retirement, but this is not the case. What we have learned, over many years, if you take care of your seasonal decor out of the season, in the long run you will pay much less than you buy at "big box stores" every season. This store has something, or some decorating display ideas, that will make your home look great. If for no other reason, the staff decorators are extremely talented and you will take away many ideas for your home. Looking forward to our next visit, see you then!!!
