Terrible, doesn't returned calls or emails. Had to go thru Allstate directly to get anything done.

Absolutely worst agent I have ever dealt with. We were loyal and longtime clients of the Anderson company but unfortunately the business was sold to Brenda Chamberlain. We have been trying for two months to get Brenda on the phone . Do you return a phone call an email anything. It should not take six weeks to get in touch with your insurance agent.. Still trying to get an answer why our monthly premium only went down $30 when removing an entire car and driver under age 25. trying to get an answer as to why they have a claim listed on my vehicle of an accident when my vehicle has never been in an accident and my answer from them we have no idea call the bureau of motor vehicles! Refuse to give me any explanation on why my monthly premium is what it is and them saying we have no idea thats all underwriting. When people work for insurance the insurance company when quoting prices have a list of why prices are what they are. When there is an accident claim on a policy attached to a vehicle there is also a claim number with the details you dont send the customer to the license bureau to figure it out! We are definitely switching agents and for anyone else who had to switch agents make sure you call Allstate corporate and have the monthly premiums switched as well as the agent so the old agent doesnt continue to get paid for not doing their job! Allstate should have not approved the purchase of this agency because having 3 offices clearly is to much and the customer service and needs of the customers are no longer a priority which is the complete opposite of our experience with John Andersons office.
