        No response to calls or emails. Horrible service. Had to cancel my policy, my new agent sent cancelation request and he did not address. GO TO ANOTHER AGENCY

        Needed a binder insurance contract moved sooner. Tre seemed fairly agitated and stressed before I arrived. Told me that "Canceling and creating a new policy is much harder than you know!" And " Coming in person won't make the process faster!" Called corporate & canceled in 10 minutes. Went to a different farmers agent and received a new EOI in 20 minutes. Pricella was nice but I'm not coming back here again.
