I was referred to Julee Mims by a family member for assistance in obtaining a Homeowners insurance policy. Julee was phenomenal and helped me secure the coverage I needed. She went over each quote and guided me thru the entire process with patience. I hope this agency recognizes just how valuable she is.

This is long overdue. I want to review the fantastic job that Julee does for me. We bought our second home on an acre of property with beautiful water views and sunsets in our back yard every day in the Florida Keys. Let me tell you the insurance is totally different than Texas, where my first home is located. I was extremely overwhelmed with all of the information that was so foreign to me. The next year we purchased a piece of property to be used as a rental, that was a whole other animal. Julee was amazing with helping me get our proper policies dialed in. Here communication always same day unless it's a holiday. I have been so impressed with her I have sent several referrals over to her. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Julee.

I would like to give a SHOUT OUT to Crystal & Julee for their superb service and understanding. I experienced a situation where I had to move vehicles on our insurance due to a unique situation due to systems within the Florida DMV. Obviously, the DMV wasn't very understanding of this unique situation, but Crystal & Julee were able to move the vehicles around on the insurance to ensure that we were covered at all times. I had to call them several times to explain the situation as the DMV wasn't very informative of their rules regarding the situation. However, Crystal ensured me that they would work with me until we were able to get the proper Insurance and registration issue resolved. She was very pleasant to work with as I thought I might be a burden as many times that I had to call, but she always indicated that that's what their job is to do every time I said I was sorry. Thanks again Crystal and Julee!!
