Brightway

Been with Thai and Brightway for 5 years now, I’ve referred him countless associates and friends. Great price for value, UNTIL you file a claim. Made my first ever claim last year from hurricane IRMA. I can tell you that Thai was no where to be found. I needed actual help navigating the choppy waters with my damage as you can see. That’s advice, it’s not going to meet the hurricane deductible. Well it ended up being a 6 figure claim that I didn’t even so much as get a response back from how to file the claim to helping me with all the questions the insurance company were asking etc etc. This man simply does not care about you or your family’s wellbeing. He will collect your money for years and when you really need help, he won’t even respond to your emails or return phone calls.
