        Terrible service a rip off, con artist This company needs to be investigated for taking people's money. I had my dates set for the 6 of every month when I call to make a payment I was told to come In to reinstate my policy EVERY MONTH THE SAME ISH!!! I decided I didn't need the headache and went with another insurance company and haven't had a problem since.

        Calling customer service you have some who dont know what they are talking about which then puts you in a hole for the next month. I never got a credit or reimbursement from when they messed up my payment and I emailed them the proof of it. They dont treat there loyal customers very fairly. I will never understand how a paid less as a newer customer then as I renew and nothing has changed with my car no tickets nothing and my insurance jumps up 40 plus dollars. That might not seem like much to most for some people living check to check it does to me especially when they changed the date I paid them as well.
