        To Ms. Kim! I pray that your employer knows just how lucky they are to have such a joyful employee! I am not even your customer and you took the time to help me in my distress, and it was even 15 prior to your office closing! Your were so kind and radiate happiness through phone! The company I am currently with, seems to be annoyed as soon as they answer the phone, and speak as if I am ignorant, and its been that way for a long time! With that, I am happy to say that I will be switching my insurance rep as soon as it is time for my renewal! The insurance world needs more of you!!
